Hi, my name is Joana! I am thrilled to be a part of the teaching team at CISJ Nursery. I have seven years of teaching experience in Early Childhood Education across Macau in different schools, including Pui Ching, Fu Luen, and Fukien. I also have three years of nursery care experience that is aligned with Macau Social Welfare Bureau guidelines.

I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree in international business and will soon be taking a postgraduate degree in education from USJ.

I apply the Reggio Emilia approach to conduct my teaching, and I value this philosophy that emphasizes student-centered learning, where children are encouraged to explore, create, and collaborate. Every student has unique strengths and potential, and my goal is to support them to discover and expand their talents through hands-on, experiential learning.

I am excited to work with CISJ parents and children to stimulate their development and blossom their capabilities.
