Precautions after Admission
- Parents are requested to drop off and pick up the children in a timely and diverting way. Please also take the initiatives to present the pick-up cards on site.
- Parents shall inform the Nursery in advance about any late arrivals, early pick-ups, leaves or other special issues.
- In case of loss of the pick-up card or change of contact information, please notify the Nursery immediately for a timely update.
- For the safety of the children, please do not let your child bring accessories or valuables to the Nursery to avoid injury or loss.
- For the privacy protection of the children, taking photos is allowed only after getting the Nursery’s permission. Do not enter the facilities without permission.
- Parents should bring their own school bags and personal items (diapers, water bottles, replacement clothes, etc.). Personal items must be labelled with the name of the child for identification.
- If the child is not feeling well, please seek medical treatment and rest at home as soon as possible. The Nursery does not provide medicine, vitamins, any other treatment or any medical services. In case of the suspected infectious diseases (refer to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Macau Health Bureau), parents must submit the certificates of recovery approved by a registered medical doctor before returning to the Nursery. In case of fever, we advise the child to rest at home for at least 48hours before returning to nursery. Also please check our Parents Handbook for more information about child health and behaviour in CISJ.
- If the child has any special requirements on dietary, such as food allergies, food intolerance or physical health issues, please inform the Nursery as soon as possible. So that the staff can pay more attention to meals and take more care of your child. In those cases, CISJ advises parents to prepare child meals at home.
- For the better cooperation between families and the Nursery, parents are requested to pay the childcare fees on time and actively participate in various activities organized by the Nursery.
