1. Rights and obligations of the Nursery
1. Rights
- To formulate and revise internal rules and regulations, service plans and activity schedules
- To approve the children applications for admission
- To collect the relevant Nursery fees and other charges
- To prosecute those who intentionally damage the facilities and equipment
- To request parents to pick up their children if the children are found to be unwell
- To request parents to present the health certificate before returning to the Nursery if their children is suspected to have symptoms of infectious diseases
2. Obligations
- To protect the children's rights and privacy
- To establish communication channels with the children and the parents
- To ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility
- To provide appropriate services to the children
- To post educational leaflets
- To post and submit documents according to the guidelines of the Social Welfare Bureau of MSAR Government
- To post relevant notification and execute relevant work according to the guidelines of the Health Bureau of MSAR Government
Notification contents:
According to the notification mechanism of the Health Bureau for infectious diseases in nursery institutions, if the number of children / staff who have similar symptoms / infectious diseases in the same class within 2 days in the nursery reaches 3 (or it is adjusted according to the epidemic situation of infectious diseases and the guidelines of the Health Bureau at the time), it must be reported to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Macau Health Bureau and the Social Welfare Bureau. The nursery must provide relevant information, fill out and fax [Notification Form of Collective Illness related to Infectious Diseases in Nursery], so that the personnel of the Health Bureau and the Social Welfare Bureau can investigate and take timely control measures.

1. Rights
- To be informed of the situations of the children in the Nursery
- To participate in activities organized and hosted by the Nursery
- To complain or express opinions and provide suggestions
2. Obligations
- To comply with the rules and regulations of the Nursery
- To care for the facilities, equipment and property
- To pay monthly Nursery fees on time
- To pick up and drop off children at designated times
- To inform the Nursery in advance of leaves, absence and withdrawal
- To express opinions and offer suggestions
- To actively participate in Nursery activities
